The Coach House is a detached property in the grounds of Treharrock Manor with its own private outdoor space. It is surrounded by the 14 acres of Treharrock’s grounds set amongst farmland about 2 miles inland from the historic fishing village of Port Isaac.
The accommodation is all on one level on the upper floor of the old Coach House, accessed by 5 steps at the front door. There is a south facing balcony with views over the garden. The house is furnished in a cottage style with a wood burning stove in the living room.

Access to The Coach house is via a private (bumpy) drive ¼ mile long, shared with Treharrock Manor. There are two parking spaces for The Coach House.
Bookings for The Coach House operate on a Friday to Friday basis (shorter bookings can be arranged outside school holidays).
Electricity, bed linen, towels, logs and normal cleaning costs are included. Please note there is electrically heated hot water, but no central heating (yet) at The Coach House. Electric heaters are provided.
There is a small dog proof garden to the front of the Coach House and a ½ acre walled garden accessed via a lockable gate and steps from the balcony. There are steep steps, ponds and other potential hazards in the walled garden so children must be supervised. The grounds of the Manor are not available to groups staying at The Coach House unless they form part of the group staying at the Manor.
No stag, hen or single sex groups permitted without permission in writing. 3 dogs permitted at a cost of £30/week each.
