Long Weekend rate applies Friday 4pm to Monday 10am. Variable rates may apply for small groups (out of season only)
A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to secure the booking. The remainder is to be paid one month before the holiday. In addition, a damage deposit of £500 is to be paid with the balance of the rent. All cheques to be payable to E Hambly (Treharrock Account).
The deposit is non-refundable unless the booking can be re-let. Likewise, the balance is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within the last month and cannot be re-let.
The damage deposit will be refunded in full on the condition that no material damage has occurred to the building or its contents. Any damage that does occur should be reported immediately to the caretaker.
Visitors are to treat the house and its contents with care and respect as it contains antiques.
Visitors are to nominate a key holder who will be responsible for ensuring the house is kept locked and secure.
Bookings for Treharrock operate on a Friday to Friday basis. Visitors are to vacate by 10am, and not to take possession before 4pm (luggage may be left earlier).
Electricity, heating and logs are included. A metered telephone is available which is charged at £0.15 per unit.
A caretaker lives adjacent to the premises. Any requests, reports or comments should be made to the caretaker in the first instance.
No stag or hen parties are permitted.
No pets are permitted.
Due to the presence of the ponds and streams in the garden visitors must supervise children when in the grounds.
