Convenient, pleasant bungalow facing south in secluded natural
garden beside farmland and wood, about 2 miles inland from Port
Isaac.
There are extensive sandy beaches in the area with intriguing
coves and rock pools, and surfing at Polzeath (5 miles away). The
magnificent local coast line with cliffs and coast path is protected
by the National Trust. Sailing, golf and pony-trekking are available
in the area; and there are attractive villages and moorland with an
abundance of plant, animal and bird life.
The Lodge comprises:
- Sitting room with TV/Video/DVD, and south-facing picture
window onto terrace.
- Kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge
freezer, microwave oven, high chair and table and chairs.
- Three bedrooms, two with washbasins. One has a double bed, the
other two have twin single beds. Bedding is provided but not
towels. A travel cot without bedding is available.
- Bathroom with bath and shower and separate lavatory.
- Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Electric fires, immersion heater and storage heaters. Cost of
electricity included in rent.
- Telephone.
- Two parking spaces.
- Caretaker nearby.
