accommodation for small groups (up to 5). It is situated near the
ford in the old village of St Kew, beneath the 15
The entrance porch opens into a large open plan living room which includes comfortable sitting and dining areas and a fully fitted kitchen. Also on the ground floor are two small bedrooms (1 double, 1 single) and the bathroom with bath, shower, basin and w.c. A small staircase leads to a sloping-ceilinged gallery with double futon, which is also a popular play area for children. There is full central heating and adequate hot water from an external oil-fired boiler. Outside there is a secluded natural garden and parking spaces.
Available all year. Rates from £100 for a weekend to £450 for a week depending on time of year and group size. BT telephone. Linen provided but not towels.
